Jerry Falwell
I just read that Jerry Falwell died suddenly on Tuesday. I’m not going to argue in favor of or against the Reverend at this time. What I did find interesting is what really happened when he railed against the gay Teletubby character in the 90s. I, like many Americans, was duped and just assumed that he was off his rocker and was fishing for a conspiracy against Christians. But in fact he was right and was reiterating writings and comments of others. I found this very interesting and owe Jerry a mental apology. Check out the story here.
