People who are especially talented in the Maximizer theme focus on strengths as a way to stimulate personal and group excellence. They seek to transform something strong into something superb.

The mediocre bothers me. I want to do something the right way or not do it at all. While others may consider it obsessive, I enjoy the refinement process of making something its best.

Achiever

People who are especially talented in the Achiever theme have a great deal of stamina and work hard. They take great satisfaction from being busy and productive.

I have been working hard since adolescence, and I don’t know any other way. While my vocation does not define me, I take great pride in working hard and giving my best effort.

I strive to be a person of my word and keep my commitments. When I work on a project, I rejoice in its successes and agonize over its failures because I have taken responsibility and invested myself in it.

Ways to improve and learn new skills abound, especially online. Digital marketing requires a keen ability to solve problems, learn from mistakes, and pursue knowledge—all of which I embrace.
